I have worked for many years as a recruitment specialist, originally for Marks and Spencer and Douglas Llambias and more recently on a freelance basis for a variety of clients in different industries. Areas I have covered include retail, professional law firms, journalism, TV, theatre, aviation and all areas of finance. i have recruited all the senior staff for a new start-up airline including CEO, FD, Chief Pilot, Technical Director and flight operatives.

I have had recent experience of working with farm shops (being passionate about good food!) and have been involved in recruiting general managers for some of them.
